Today the class watched the "Nightline" interview with Morrie Schwartz that inspired the book we've been reading. They wrote down 15 interesting facts they learned from Morrie or about Morrie. They also wrote down 5 questions they would like to ask him. THESE WERE IN ADDITION TO THE 15 FACTS AND 5 QUESTIONS FROM FRIDAY. These were turned in at the end of class for a silver grade.

At the beginning of class I passed back graded work. Then the students completed TWM journal 8. Next they read "The Professor" and "The Fourth Tuesday" on pgs. 73-89 and answered study questions 14-15 and 33.

At the beginning of class the students completed TWM journal 9. They read "The Fifth Tuesday" and "The Sixth Tuesday" pgs. 90-108 with study questions 34-37. While the students read I began informing them about their current school debts.

At the beginning of class I passed back graded work. Next the students completed TWM journal 10. They read "The Professor: part 2", "The Seventh Tuesday", and "The Eighth Tuesday" pgs. 109-129 with study questions 38-39. While the students read I also passed out transcripts, so that they can check to be sure they are on track to graduate.

At the beginning of class the students completed TWM journal 11. I then collected journals 8-11 for a grade. Next the class read "The Ninth Tuesday" and "The Tenth Tuesday" pgs. 130-151 and answered study questions 40-44. I then collected study questions 14-15 and 33-44 for a grade.
